Spacious Cottage in an absolute stunning location, watch the sunrise, listen to the waves crashing against the rocks, admire the night sky away from any streetlights, surfer's paradise, golf course and horse riding at your doorstep, lovely coastal walks nearby, 5min down the road from the bustling Town of Wicklow, and only a short drive away from Wicklow mountains and Glendalough and other historic sites. The space Spacious Cottage with wheelchair access, two bedrooms with 2 ensuit bathrooms, open plan kitchen com living room, including two designated workstations. Outside, you can enjoy beautiful sunrise views over green fields to the sea, hear the waves crashing from your doorstep, and admire the uninterrupted sparkle of the night sky. Kitchen has everything you need; enjoy watching TV beside a modern electric fire, TV has satellite channels and saorview and you can plug in your firestick /chrome cast etc; good open WiFi access for working from home, full sized desk in 2nd bedroom and also a small workstation in open living area. Double bed in master bedroom, and a double bed and separate bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. There is a pull-out sofabed in the main living area. It can be used upon special requests and a small fee for the extra bed linen. Please message me if you want to avail of this! Guest access You will have the entire cottage to yourself. There are 4 cottages on this site, 'Cottage near the beach' and 'Seaview Cottage' and 'Sunriseview Cottage' are also listed on Airbnb. Between all the 4 cottages, there is a shared laundry room on the site with a washing machine and tumble dryer and an outside area (common area) with benches, table, BBQ and washing lines. Ample space for parking for all cottages. Each cottage has its own designated grass/patio area for outside dining and relaxing, fenced off for safe spaces for your small children or your dogs. Other things to note We have a sheepdog and a young Lurcher pup, also an old friendly black cat who will be looking for the occasional pet and a young kitten also black. We also have 10 hens and 5 ducks, some eggs are in your cottage as welcome treat, let us know if you want more.
