Relax and simply enjoy the forever changing weather and delicious West Cork food The space Charming relaxed cottage that has been recently decorated and modernised with wonderful views to Reen Point and the islands around Castlehaven Open plan kitchen with a sun terrace and sitting room 2x King Double beds (1x shower room) 1x Double bed upstairs via a tiny slatted staircase and above the King bedroom 1x bathroom with bath &shower 1x shower room off the King bedroom On the edge of the historic village of Castletownshend with plenty of wonderful places to eat local seafood including Mary-Anns pub in Castletownshend We have 3 holiday cottages linked by a track above Castlehaven Strand /Beach. All cottages have cotton bedlinen and towels Guest access Castletownshend is a short walk along a country lane or across our fields with Atlantic views and access to the sea and beaches The cottage is situated on the road and very close (2 minutes or 5 minutes) to 2 more of our holiday cottages above Castlehaven beach. Other things to note West Cork is well known for all the wonderful scenery and local food. There are many year round restaurants and the cottage is on the Wild Atlantic Way with wonderful restaurants nearby The historic village is often voted as one of the prettiest in Ireland The castle overlooking the harbour and 3 Harry Clarke windows in the church and the village street full of Georgian houses Or simply enjoy the forever changing sea and the activity on the water
