Tea, coffee, cooking basics, and washing-up equipment are provided. The cottage is always clean, comfortable and quiet with outstanding views of the Boyne Valley. This two-bedroom cottage has the bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor which makes the best of the views from the upper floor where there is an open plan kitchen/ living area. Off this area is a balcony on which to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine and watch the river wildlife or the amazing sunsets. The pretty historic town of Trim is located 2 miles away. A car would be required as there is no public transport to this cottage. Guest access This cottage is located in a farm setting. Some paddocks along the river are accessible on the advice of the owner.
