Guesthouse in the Garden - Alberta Arts District

Enjoy a stay at this peaceful ~300 sq ft guest house located in the middle of the Alberta Arts District. Private entrance and entire place to yourself, no shared walls. Short stroll to great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. One block from Salt n Straw and several coffee shops. Great brunch, lunch, and dinner options all within walking distance. Reserved spot in our driveway for guests and plenty of free street parking available nearby as well. The space The bed is a full size (also known as a double). Comfy couch for two. High quality Charmin or Kirkland toilet paper in bathroom, only the best for our guests. Built in wall heaters for the unit and a Window A/C to keep it comfortable no matter the weather outside. No coffee maker onsite but we do have a hot water kettle with tea and instant coffee. Guest access Access to our guest house is by the driveway and gate on the left side and then a code for access to the unit itself. You will have access to the entire backyard to lounge in our garden if weather permits and enjoy the privacy of the guest house all to yourself. Other things to note Great location to walk and enjoy all that Alberta St has to offer and also centrally located as a home base for the greater Portland area in general 15 minute drive to downtown Portland and 15 minute drive to Portland International Airport.
