Located just 20 minutes from CVG airport, Perfect North Slopes, and the Creation Museum—come & enjoy a piece of Indiana in our 2 bedroom apartment! After a long day exploring our local parks or skiing on the slopes, soak in the hot tub or pool overlooking the valley or enjoy your evening by the fire pit! An in-home entertainment surround system will bring whatever movie you choose right into the room with you! Access to apartment is down stairs --not wheelchair accessible. Pool open 5/20-9/1 The space To access the apartment, you'll park next to the house in the designated parking space. Unpack and walk down the limestone steps lined with our beautiful hydrangea bushes. Your keycode will be provided to you 24 hours before check-in to access. Property is not wheelchair accessible. No additional linens are provided on property We do have pack n plays & other family necessities available upon request for your stay should you need them for your family. Only 1 vehicle per reservation. Should you need to have an additional vehicle on property, a parking fee will be applied. **Our property is cleaned & sanitized using low-tox cleaning products for disinfecting. We want to keep any allergens or sensitivities in mind for our guests so they are comfortable during their stay. You WILL NOT be overwhelmed by the smell of bleach/fragrance-filled products at our property. Guest access Outdoor spaces (hot tub, fire pit, sauna house, and pool) may be shared by the upper Airbnb unit of the property on occasion. You will be notified 24 hours before your check-in date to inform you if the other unit is rented during your stay. POOL OPEN 5/20-9/1 Other things to note ***important note: this is the LOWER unit of a 2 unit Airbnb. If the other unit is rented, you can expect to hear normal noise traffic as expected. The two units are insulated from one another, but we do note that the upper unit has mostly hardwood floors that do not damper noise the same. Quiet hours on the property are from 11pm-7am each day. If you are interested in more space, look for our upper unit that is a 4 bedroom/2 bath with much more square footage to spread out! With booking this Airbnb, you agree to being amicable & respectful of other guests and fully understand that you will be expected to share the amenities with grace. ***outdoor cameras are in use on the property and we monitor how many guests you have on property. Should you exceed your approved number of guests, you will be fined by the property owners. NO EXCEPTIONS…we do not allow parties or large gatherings on the property. **NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property. This is a family-friendly environment with children present often.
