This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard and Sun porch are shared spaces that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is closed, will reopen Early April. Laundry and Ev Charger can be used upon request for a fee. The space Unique retro/modern design newly renovated. Guest access Laundry room available upon request, for an extra fee. There is a door right off the kitchen that connects to a shared laundry room. Just send me a message or give me a call and I will unlock that door for you to access all laundry amminitys! This available for an additional charge of $5 per load (includes wash, dry, and all supplies including detergent, softener, steamer, and iron. I hated to add an extra charge but had too many ppl take advantage. The dryer costs so much in electric that I had to modify this amenity. Thanks for understanding!!
