Beautiful Villa with private Pool and Garden, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Located in a quiet area of Peyia, just a 5-minute drive to Coral Bay Beach, shops, and restaurants, and 15 minutes to Paphos. The villa features a spacious terrace with sea views, a BBQ area, and modern air conditioning in all rooms. Ideal for 4 guests, with space for up to 5. The space Villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 office with a sofa bed (can be used as a bedroom for 1 person). 1st master bedroom has 180x200 bed 2nd bedroom has 140x200 bed 3rd bedroom has a small sofa bed that can be extended and used as a bed for 1 person. When extended sofa bed - 90x200. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. One accessible from master bedroom with shower and the main bathroom with bath tub. Washing machine and dryer are located in the pool house. The door sometimes is a bit stuck. Guest access Entire villa apart from the studio on the side of the house which we use as a storage space. Other things to note No pets, no parties, no smoking inside. Accessible for handicapped guests. The BBQ is offered as is. We clean it between stays but it will not be spotless clean. We provide a gas bottle for the BBQ at the start of the summer and ask you to get a new bottle in the supermarket if it runs out. Usually it should last the full summer.
