Studio apartment within walking distance from Beach, bus, stores and downtown The space We are renting our guest studio apt here in Aruba (nestled within a 7-unit boutique hotel that is adults only). It is located very close to the beach (a short 3 minutes walk) bus stop and supermarkets (a 2 minutes walk). Basically this unit is a stone throw from everything in Aruba. The units has a full kitchen with 20" stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. It has a queen size bed, a private bathroom with hot water shower. On the premises are a coin operated washer and dryer, laundry lines, free Wi-Fi, a pool with loungers for sun tanning and a large Palapel (covered area) as well a BBQ, and bikes for your use. Within walking distance we have a IGA supermarket (Ling & Sons) for everything you might need for your stay. If you prefer there are some great food places like The Kitchen, Wendy's, Subway, Tatami Sushi bar and Cinnabon all within 5 minutes walk. There are also a several gyms (My Fitness III & RAW) close. The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking so you need not rent a car for your stay, but you might rent one for a day to go exploring. The closest beach is called Druif Beach and it is the beach where the low rise hotels are located like the Divi Dutch Village and The Tamarijn. This beach has no hotel and it is very nice and quiet. We also provide many additional services such as pick up/drop off service at the airport for $50, booking your day trips etc. We are here to ensure your trip to Aruba and your stay at Stone Throw is a memorable and enjoyable one! In the large wooden trunk, there snorkel gear , please clean, dry and return after use. The BBQ grill heats up very fast. There is a BBQ plate that you can cook directly on. If you happen to put food waste in the garbage can please ensure that you empty this in the dumpster outside the gate to avoid “garbage smell” in the common area. For the enjoyment of all our guests we would ask that: •Quiet time is between 10pm and 8 am •If you smoke - please empty your ashtray in the toilet by the laundry lines (and FLUSH!) •Please return the common area as you found it.
