This Luxury condominium is 2 stories on the first and second floors, with the 3rd floor being a different rental unit. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 1 bonus room, and an open living space that contains the living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a patio, a laundry room, and an attached 1 car garage. The upper level consists of the primary bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that contains double vanity sinks, a rain shower, and linens. There is also a spacious walk in closet for all your belongings. The shared space consists of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It leads out to a patio with a partial view of Siletz Bay where you can enjoy a book and a cup of coffee. The lower level consists of the secondary bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that contains a shower/tub. There is a bonus room, separated by barn doors that contains a TV and a mini arcade with retro 3/4 gaming machines. The bonus room also contains a sofa with chaise that turns into a full sized sofa bed. There is also a full laundry room with washer/dryer that leads out to the attached garage. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire unit which includes key-less entry, wireless internet, cable TV, and washer and dryer. There is also folding wagon equipped with 2 beach chairs, a beach blanket, and a bucket of sand toys for the little ones to build their castles. Other things to note A complimentary bottle of wine is included with every booking! There is also a complimentary beverage station with a Keurig machine and a traditional coffee maker. Enjoy coffee pods/coffee grinds, tea, and hot cocoa during your stay. Sugar and half & half creamer are also provided. Although we love our furry friends, this unit does not allow any pets due to severe allergies in our household. We appreciate your understanding! Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed. There is an EV charger outlet in the garage. It is a 50amp 220volt NEMA 14-50 outlet. The wall charger is not provided. You can bring your own charger to use at no extra cost. Please follow quiet hours (9pm to 7am per Lincoln County) out of respect for our neighbors.
