The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom. Outside there is a cozy porch with a lounge area and a table to enjoy your dinner. Adjacent to the porch is a seperate laundry room Inside you find a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine and water boiler. Furthermore there is a small living room with a sofa bed. The appartment is very close (5-min-drive) to Jan Thiel Beach, but also close (like 10-min-drive) to the historic Centre of Willemstad (Punda/Otrobanda). The space The apartment is located on the first floor and enjoys a pleasant breeze. It consists of one separate bedroom with both air conditioning and a fan. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower with hot water. Additionally, there is a living room with a TV and an open kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine, water boiler, refrigerator, and gas stove – fully equipped for your convenience. The living room features a glass sliding door that leads to a terrace with a seating area and a dining table. You can enjoy a delightful breeze and a beautiful view from there. There is a washing machine that can be used. Towels and tea towels are also available. Bed linen and shower towels are included. Other things to note Water and electricity are included, provided the air conditioning is only used in the evening and not during the day. Daytime use is possible but will incur additional costs.
