It is a unique accommodation both for its sustainable character and for its incredible views towards the golf course and Valle de Mazcala. We have designed this space with great care for our guests, with a modern and super cozy touch, with everything you need to feel at home. The apartment is located within a reserve so it is possible to coincide with fauna in the area. The space The apartment is one-story and totally electric. To get there you only have to go down some stairs from the parking lot and you will have access to the entire home. We are compliant with sustainability and energy saving requirements, so relax as you contribute to the community. The space has 2 rooms that have electric and smart buros, which provide you with more comfort and connectivity, there are 2 full bathrooms with everything you need to relax. In the kitchen you can enjoy and cook incredible recipes with the electric hob, we also have everything you need to feel like in your own kitchen (coffee maker, blender, toaster,...) The dining room, and the beautiful room with exit to the private terrace from which you can enjoy a few impact sunsets with a view of the golf course and the Amazcala Valley. This apartment has a space to work with the tranquility provided by Nature. Definitely a beautiful stay to disconnect. Enjoy our upscale amenities, which include a semi-Olympic pool, coworking area, gym, and a coffee shop. It is the ideal place for both a few days of rest and to work from home during extended stays. The fact that the golf course is a standalone service and that its prices and availability are handled directly through the golf course care office is convenient. The house comes with everything you need for your arrival, however, we ask that you arrange your purchases in case of being several days and needing more of an item. Near the house there are commercial squares and there are many services at home so you can enjoy the tranquility during your stay. The house is located in a private condominium where security is paramount and where you can walk freely and peacefully. Because of this, in order to access the house, we will request official identification and vehicle information (license plates, model and color) to check in and facilitate entry to your reservation.
