Ixora Villa

Ixora is a 4 bedroom house with a large swimming pool in a very quiet cul-de-sac that runs off the Mount Irvine Golf Course. The house is spacious, light & airy. Whilst not ON the golf course, it is just a 4 minute walk down to the Pro’s shop and the beautiful Grange Beach, below the 18th green, is just a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. The space The house has a very large, fully air-conditioned kitchen, dining, living area with an East facing balcony that looks out over the garden and forest. The separate TV lounge also has a balcony which overlooks the pool and garden whilst the main bedroom has the third balcony and faces South. All four double bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have en suite shower rooms. The swimming pool measures 10m by 5m and has a 2m deep end. Adjacent to the pool are a permanent picnic table and benches that seat 10 people under a large, teak, 3.5m diameter umbrella. Tobago remains one of the few unspoilt islands in the Caribbean with palm fringed, white, sandy beaches, a glorious climate all year round and the World’s oldest protected rainforest (1776). Tobago has many activities to offer including a range of quiet beaches, surfing beaches, coral-reef snorkelling, Scuba-diving, deep sea fishing, sailing, and many rain forest walks. There are also two golf courses, the Mount Irvine Hotel and the Hilton Hotel Golf Courses. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar in the open plan living area. The kitchen equipment does include a full size electric oven and hob, microwave, American style ‘fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. All 4 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, have en suite shower rooms and toilets. The main bedroom has a super king-size bed and a South facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 is on the lower floor, has a king-size bed and its own seating area. It has also has access, via its patio doors, to the pool area and the garden beyond. The utility room is also located on this floor and is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer. Whilst the whole house is air-conditioned, the balconies do offer a light, cooling breeze throughout the house should you prefer that to air-conditioning and all 3 balconies have tables & chairs.
