Here you can enjoy the sun all day long from any of the house's well-sized patios. The balcony of about 180 sqm goes around three of the house's sides. Since the house was recently completed, everything is super fresh, stylish and in new condition. Hall with beautiful limestone on the floor and space for hanging via hat shelf and several wardrobes. Open floor plan between the modern and very well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room area. For an extra lovely space, it is open up to the ridge and the large window sections provide a wonderful light flow throughout the house. On both sides of the kitchen/living room, you can open up sliding doors, which makes the inside feel like the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from pots and utensils to spices and consumables. The appliances are: built-in oven, microwave, induction hob, fan, built-in fridge/freezer and toaster, mixer and a coffee maker of the brand Moccamaster. Countertop in composite. The large windows in all the rooms provide fantastic natural light and the sliding doors easily take us out onto the extended balcony. Outdoor furniture in the form of a total of three sofas with room for three people in each, two armchairs and dining table with room for eight people. Parasols are available to use. Cleaning is not included, each guest cleans up after themselves according to the cleaning instructions located in the house. All cleaning equipment is on site. Guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels. Free parking on the property in front of the house with the possibility to charge an electric car at cost price.
