Private bathroom (toilet/shower) beautifully finished with chrome fixtures finish the downstairs. Upstairs,large bedroom,(queen bed)lazyboy sofa,tv ,with views of the woodland garden! (There is no ‘outside’ space for guests at this time) Heaps of character, this is an ideal setting to relax after time exploring ! The space We treat guests exactly how we would like to be treated. This is a 'home from home' environment. You have a completely private suite. Private entrance Kitchenette-to warm up food/coffee bar. ‼️Please note, no stove top/oven. (See amenities’ list for full description.‼️ Private bathroom Private bedroom (upstairs), with tv/sofa area. Private eating bar, overlooking the yard. ‼️THERE IS NO OUTSIDE SEATING/SPACE on site.‼️ There is a beautiful nature trail, directly opposite your driveway, walkable /biking/atv/x country skiing etc ….in both directions (expect to see deer, owls, turtles and various birds (hawks, eagles, chickadees etc) The ocean bay of ‘Princes inlet ‘ is approximately a ten minute walk from your suite . Guest access this is a private suite. You have access to your own breakfast nook, private washroom and bedroom, with a ‘lounge/tv area. This is a ‘two storey’ property. There are stairs (10 approximately), leading up to the bedroom. Bathroom is downstairs. THERE IS NO OUTSIDE SPACE OFFERED. (I have small children, animals that are my priority and who I wish to be able to enjoy the outside yard/garden freely.) Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note •Whilst sipping away on your complimentary tea/coffee. Enjoy watching our free-range chickens , they can provide comical observation! •We are not located in Lunenburg town or Mahone bay town, instead , perfectly between the two.a short drive away from both. •there are no dressers/cupboards etc , to unpack luggage, (due to sloped ceilings).Luggage racks are found underneath the bed. There is a large bench downstairs, or stools upstairs for storing suitcases also . Experience nature with beautiful trails directly opposite the suite, ideal for walking/biking/atv/XS ski etc. Beaches and lakes are within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance . There is no stove top/oven/cooking equipment . (Please read ‘amenities’ list.) There are two other suites on the same property. All private, but within close proximity .(150 ft away ). No smoking of any kind is not permitted on property due to respecting other guests . Thank you You will find the odd ant/asian lady beetle/spider trying to move in with you, periodically… this is rural Nova Scotia, backing onto forest/woodland. This is an ‘animal free’ property.
