'Seahaven', Spanish Point, West Clare near Armada

'Seahaven' is located in the idyllic seaside town of Spanish Point. It is within walking distance of the Armada Hotel (650m) and Spanish Point Beach (950m) and ideal for families, couples, surfers, golfers or wedding guests. It is situated on a private cul-de-sac along the Wild Atlantic Way within driving distance of Lahinch, Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, the Aran Islands (via ferry) and the Burren to the north and Doonbeg, Kilrush, Kilkee and Loop Head to the south. The space BEDROOMS: There are four bedrooms in total. The bedrooms are located at the back of the house, away from the living areas, allowing for privacy and quiet when needed. The master bedroom has views of the sea and sunset and features a king size bed (queen equivalent for US guests), wardrobe and dresser. You can open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. The second bedroom has two double beds, a dresser and wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds, a dresser and wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, dresser and hanging hooks for clothes. BATHROOMS: There are two stand-alone bathrooms each containing an electric shower. The larger bathroom also contains a bathtub. LIVING AREAS AND KITCHEN: The fresh and inviting sitting room is in the front of the house and has sea views. The bright room offers a solid fuel stove, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of room to sit and relax with your group after a long day at the beach, golfing or exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. The outdoor patio is accessible off the sitting room. Enjoy the space during the day, if you need some peace and quiet with a good book, or grab a drink and enjoy the sunset view with your family and friends. The back garden is spacious and private and is perfect for having the little ones run around before bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker and all of the kitchen utensils and cookware you will need. The dining area is open to the kitchen allowing you to pull up a stool to the peninsula or take a seat at the dining room table to enjoy your meals. The dining room also boasts beautiful countryside views and a solid fuel stove. LAUNDRY, LINENS & TOWELS: Linens, duvets and pillows are provided. Bath towels are provided (not to be used for the beach). There is a washing machine in the kitchen. There is a rotary clothes line outside of the dining room and/or the hot press, in the hallway, houses a tumble dryer. In addition, the hot press has extra linens and towels, an iron and ironing board. HOUSE RULES: No large gatherings. No hens, stags or similar. No noise after 10pm. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: No smoking of any kind or vaping in the house or on the property. No pets. No shoes in the house. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Leave house tidy upon departure. Lights, heating and immersion turned off when away from the house. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire site. Parking is on premises. Other things to note This is our family holiday home, which we use several times throughout the year. We want all guests who stay at Seahaven to feel at home and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We ask that you treat the house and its contents with respect, as if it were your own home. Thank you.
