This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Close to Courtown and Ballymoney Golf Clubs. With a 2 minute stroll to the forest, a 5 minute saunter to the sea and within walking distance to pubs and eateries alike. No 4 Red Row is ideally situated for those who like the outdoors and those wishing to explore Gorey and the surrounding areas. The house itself is a spacious, clean and contemporary dwelling with all modern conveniences. Can happily accommodate large groups and families. The space The generous open plan living/dining area boasts luxury couches, flame effect fireplace and a 47 inch TV with satellite channels, Chrome Cast and Wi-Fi. This area also includes large dining table, next to a spacious modern kitchen with all mod cons, opening out onto a beautiful sun trapped private courtyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for for al fresco dining. The perfect setting to best enjoy a bottle of wine or some cold beers. There are four spacious bedrooms (one En-Suite), three upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs, the family bedroom has a double and single bed, plus a cot for a baby or small child. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a super-king size bed with ensuite. There are twin beds in the downstairs bedroom. We are big fans of sleep and so we've chosen high quality mattresses, cozy duvets and black out blinds. All our bed linen is 100% cotton. Apart from the en-suite there is one further bathroom with rain head shower and an additional WC downstairs. Off street parking for up to 3 cars. There is space for nine people, three couples and one extra single in the upstairs family room, and two singles in the downstairs bedroom, with a cot for one child, also in the family room upstairs. It is situated around one hour and forty five minutes to two hours drive from Dublin airport. As this house is our home when guests are not staying, we would appreciate if guests would treat our house and home with the respect you would treat your own home by reading an honouring our house rules which we will provide for you. We want our guests to really enjoy themselves, but, as we live in a residential area, close to our neighbours, we would ask our guests to respect our neighbours and keep music levels at a reasonable level. We have a strict no shoe policy in our house so we would advise guests to bring slippers or house socks for your comfort and beach towels if you are planning on swimming in any of our local beaches. Please let us know how many guests are intending to stay when you are booking, and if there is anything we can do to make your stay better. Guest access Guests have the entire property to themselves. Other things to note No 4 Red Row is ideally situated for the following excursions: Hook lighthouse; Dating back 800 years to the medieval town of Hook. Wells house and guardians. ; A beautiful vVictorian estate in the heart of Wexford with stunning gardens and walks. Curracloe beach ; A stunning white sandy beach which was featured in the Hollywood movie, ' Saving private Ryan', by director Stephen Speilberg. The beach is 11k ( 7 miles) long and is famous also for its soft, white sand. There are plenty of Manor houses and castles and Abbeys to visit in Wexford which include; Kilmokea Country Manor and Gardens, Johnstown Castle and Selskar Abbey. Visit the JFK Homestead, birth place of his great grandfather, Patrick Kennedy, in Dunganstown, New Ross, County Wexford. Dunbrody famine ship, a replica emigrant vessel. Hear about the journeys of people who had to leave Ireland during the great famine. The bean and Goose chocolate shop in Gorey and do tours of the bean Lab. Duncannon Fort Tour, with amazing views of the estuary and the beautiful Hook peninsula. Courtown and Ballymoney golf courses. Enniscorthy National Rebellion Centre. Enniscorthy castle. Take hikes up through the Blackstairs mountains, the loop walk hike is 13.5 Kilometers, with spectacular views. Climb Vinegar Hill, Enniscorthy, where the battle of Vinegar Hill was fought during the 1798 rebellion. Visit Wexford town and join the Wexford Heritage trail which follows the footsteps of the Celts, Normans, Vikings, Monarchs, Monks, Knights and Warriors. Thirty two historical sites and attractions have been mapped out on this trail. Wexford Town, known as the Viking Town, has a fascinating history to discover. There are also plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to try. Visit the National Opera House, presenting Irish and international events, Opera, music, family events, comedy, theater, and dance.
