Other things to note - The flat capacity is for 2 people, no additional guests allowed. - Please note that basic amenities such as toilet paper are provided only for the first days of your stay. Items like salt, oil, and kitchen paper are not included. Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. Please note that if you need a late check-in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: - From 20:00 to 02:00h: €25 - After 02:00h: Confirm availability before booking This fee will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. - All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Portuguese security authorities. - City tax and ID: Government mandated city tax of €2 per person per day (except children under 12 years), will be charged to you at check-in and your . Please note city tax is only applicable for a maximum of 7 days continuously, we do not accept cash. - If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply. - Hot water: the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up. - The AC is not working at the moment. - Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than 2 high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Guests are advised to keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machine, hairdryers, toasters, fans, etc, and there will be a €40 charge in case electricity trips due to overuse. Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating or air conditioning, heaters and fans will be provided. - Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment! -Finally, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review the house rules prior to booking. Please note that we have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning that may be required.
