It has three comfortable rooms, two full bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a large dining room with a built-in kitchen from where you can see beautiful views. The space Beautiful apartment, located in the picturesque village of Vilac, offers stunning views of the valley and is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet and cozy stay. It is distributed over two floors:- On the main floor, you'll find a living-dining room with direct access to the balcony, two comfortable bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, it has a double bedroom and a second full bathroom, offering greater comfort and privacy. The community pool is fantastic in summer. Basic Items You Will Find in the Apartment: Towel/Bath Mat for Feet, Hand Soap, Hand Dishwashing Soap, and Toilet Paper. Guest access NO PETS ALLOWED The apartment has a community parking lot with exclusive access for residents. The reservation does NOT include bed linens and towels. If you need us to provide them, there will be an extra charge of €20/person. The house does not have a Wi-Fi connection. Other things to note The reservation does NOT include bedding (2 beds of 90x200 and 2 beds of 150x200) and towels. In case you need us to prepare it for you, there will be an extra cost of €20/person and you must notify us 48 hours before your arrival. On the day of your arrival you must pay the Tourist Tax: €1/person-day (children under 16 are exempt from paying this tax). Pets of 5-7kg (Bichon Maltese style) are accepted. A surcharge of €15/day will be charged upon arrival. When you book, I will contact you to send me a copy of the National Identity Documents or Passports of all guests, as hosts of Tourist Use Homes are required to notify our regional police of their stay. The pandemic caused by the appearance of COVID19 has made us all worry even more about the hygiene of our homes, so we want to tell you that in our apartment we have taken all the necessary measures to be able to guarantee proper cleaning and disinfection of it through the use of virucidal products approved by the Health Authorities.
