Nationality and passport number (if there are non-Japanese guests in the group). 6. Non-Japanese guests are required to provide a scanned copy of their passport, and Japanese guests are required to provide a scanned copy of their photo ID. The facilities provided are based on the number of guests you booked. If you need extra facilities, please let us know in advance. ○If you use facilities other than the provided facilities, an extra fee may be incurred. Please take off your shoes inside the house○ as this is a traditional Japanese style house. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. We don't allow pets in this house. ○To avoid inconvenience to the surrounding residents, we kindly ask you to reduce the noise and observe quiet hours starting at 10pm. ○We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment in the neighborhood. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note that fines may apply if you violate the following rules: ※ If the check-out time is delayed to after 10:00 am without prior notice, the following fees will be charged: Cleaning staff standby fee: 5,000 yen (tax included) per 30 minutes. (If the cleaning work cannot be completed on time due to late check-out, additional charges may be incurred in connection with subsequent bookings.) ※ No shoes in the house. ※ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. (There is no designated outdoor smoking area. Please make sure that the cigarette is completely extinguished and dispose of it properly using your own portable ashtray). ○The cleaning staff will collect the garbage after you check out. Please do not throw garbage in the designated place, please cooperate with garbage separation. ○If any of the provided cutlery or facilities are damaged, there will be an additional charge after you check out. Please note that some furniture and appliances are valuable items. ○Please wash your dishes as much as possible. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional charges will apply in the following circumstances, thank you for your understanding: ① Shipping of forgotten items Items will be shipped and paid for upon arrival. * Other charges: 1,500 yen (tax included) per batch of goods (container charges not included). ② Disposal of large items such as suitcases and strollers 3,300 yen (tax included) per item (guests are responsible for their own items) * Other fees: 1,100 yen (tax included) per batch of goods. ③ Cancellation of cleaning on the same day for the guest's convenience An extra cleaning fee for one time period will be charged for same-day postponement or other unavoidable cancellation of cleaning services. If there is any change to your reservation, such as an extension, please let us know at least 24 hours before check out. Recently, there have been frequent incidents of defacement, damage and removal of items. Although there is no charge for the normal use of items such as bed sheets, any items with blood stains or vomit will be charged at cost. ④ Emergency response We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but in some cases, we may not be able to provide same-day assistance. There is an additional charge for same-day assistance, excluding emergencies. We appreciate your understanding.
