Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by pets. ○ To avoid disturbing nearby residents, we kindly ask you to keep quiet after 10 PM. ○ We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a good local environment. ○ Since the whole building is rented, all areas are private. While regular usage of items such as bed sheets will not incur charges, any items with bloodstains or vomit will be subject to actual expenses. ④ Emergency response We will do our best to meet your requests, but there may be cases where same-day assistance is not possible. For same-day assistance excluding emergencies, additional fees will apply, and we appreciate your understanding.
