The kitchen includes a Keurig for your coffee needs, and the stylish decor enhances your experience. With a convenient ski locker and prime location, this condo is the perfect home base for skiing, boarding, or unwinding in comfort. The space This beautifully renovated one-bedroom condo combines modern elegance with a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for your mountain escape. Step into the inviting living area, where you can warm up by the electric fireplace or enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig for your morning coffee in a charming nook. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious, brand-new king-size bed for restful nights, while the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for additional comfort. With stylish touches throughout, a convenient ski locker for your equipment, and a prime location for outdoor activities, this condo is your perfect home away from home for skiing, boarding, or simply relaxing in comfort. Guest access This is your own private unit. We'll email you a time-sensitive code for the smart lock on the door and you can come and go as you please. Other things to note • Mountain Green is in the middle of a $50 million glow up for our exterior and common spaces, so there is construction during the summer months. This means there may be noise during the day, and you might not have access to the balcony. • This is on the third floor there are elevators and stairs in the building. • We are happy to help customize your stay if you need anything special or have suggestions - please feel free to reach out and ask • The gym is open every day. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently open and hours may very. • The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge. • The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2. • There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there. • We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property. • Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • We welcome families and occupants over the age of 21. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. • A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer. • Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators. • Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner’s association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation. • The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
