Enjoy an unforgettable stay in the heart of the historic center of L'Aquila in a beautiful, finely furnished apartment with an entrance directly onto the main street. The strategic location will allow you to visit all the beauty of the city on foot. The space The apartment, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts, is located on the second floor of "Palazzo Di Paola", a prestigious 17th-century noble palace of considerable historical importance, bound by the Superintendence and equipped with a beautiful private courtyard with a loggia. Guest access The check-in phase, starting at 4:00 p.m., will be agreed in advance and then carried out in person. Upon arrival at the property, each guest will be asked for an ID. Upon request, you can use the City Pass, which will allow you to park in the areas reserved for residents and guests of the accommodation facilities. Other things to note There is no common space in the apartment. Depending on the number of guests, the corresponding bedrooms will be made available (1 guest = bedroom with single bed/2 guests = before check-in, you will be asked to choose between a bedroom with a double bed or alternatively two separate bedrooms). For the fourth and fifth guests, at the time of booking, it will be possible to equip the sofa bed. It is absolutely forbidden to host extra visitors and/or additional guests in the apartment with respect to those resulting from the reservation. Such situations will be reported immediately to the competent authorities. For more information, please refer to the "house rules" section. You will also find at your complete disposal: kitchen with induction hob, classic oven and microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, complete set of pots, pans, plates, cutlery and everything you need to cook. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit with shower shampoo, soaps, oral hygiene set, comb and headphones. Bedrooms with state-of-the-art mattresses, linen, smart TV, luggage rack, extra blankets and dedicated workspace. Each guest will have three soft terry towels of different sizes. You will also find free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The apartment is protected from fires and gas leaks according to the "short rentals" Law 191/2023 and it is absolutely forbidden to SMOKE.
