The accommodation is located just 15 minutes by car from the seaside resorts of Senigallia and Marotta (Blue Flags) and a few minutes from the many historic villages that can be visited such as Ostra, Mondavio, Arcevia, Pergola. The space Bright and elegant apartment on two floors, located in a recently renovated historic building. Access to the property is guaranteed by a condominium door. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating. The property has a condominium terrace for non-exclusive use where you can see a fantastic view of the Marche hills and enjoy outdoor breakfasts. The apartment is equipped with ample comfort and various beds. Guest access THE BEDROOMS Inside the apartment, the sleeping area is served by a spiral staircase. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with an exclusive bathtub for your relaxation. The rooms are equipped with queen-size beds, a full-size bed and a single bed. Each room is equipped with custom-made furniture to offer space for your personal belongings. The space in the sleeping area is designed to ensure maximum privacy among the various guests. BATHROOM Inside the accommodation there are three bathrooms with a full supply of sanitary ware, a large and comfortable shower box and a bathtub for your relaxation. The furniture has been custom-built to hold all your accessories, Inside the bathrooms there are hairdryers, and welcome kits with shower shampoo. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, the gas stove makes your preparation easy, complete with appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle with assorted tea bags and a Nespresso coffee machine with assorted capsules. LIVING AREA Inside the living room you can find a sofa bed and a sofa, a 43" Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), a large designer table with comfortable chairs for your breakfasts, and board games for your leisure. The house is equipped with WI-FI that allows navigation up to 15 mpbs. Inside the house you can also find a washing machine and a drying rack for laundry. You can leave your car for the entire duration of your stay in the nearby Piazzale Bucci (5 min walk from the accommodation). Parties are not allowed inside the accommodation.
