But who wants to work?! It is located in North Chelsea on the border of Hell's Kitchen near Madison Square Garden, Macy's, Penn Station, galleries, Empire State Building. It is on a peaceful, tree-lined street with lots of convenience shopping close by. Close to all major subway lines. 15-minute walk to Times Square, or one subway stop.
