This quinta house is located within a 1000 square meter Villa, which consists of 2 quinta houses (Villa Boston C1 and Villa Boston C2), which are totally independent from each other and are separated by a metal fence with vegetation and built at each end of the Villa approximately 40 meters from each other. Villa Boston C1 consists of 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans with capacity to accommodate up to 16 people in beds and up to 22 in additional mats. It has 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with utensils, the living room and dining room are fully open to the green areas of the house. It has a hammock, a BBQ barrel, a Bolirana, the pool has a waterfall and jacuzzi, and is open 24 hours, since it is private. The house is located in Melgar's Zona Rosa, two blocks from the Cafam club and just a 7-minute walk from Melgar's main park, so you'll be very close to bars and nightclubs. On weekends you can hear a little noise from these establishments in areas of the house such as the living-dining room, kitchen, pool and green areas, even so it is nothing that disturbs sleep inside the rooms. Therefore, it is not a suitable space for older adults who require absolute silence, people who want to meditate, reflect or want to be isolated from the urban area. Here you can spend time with your family and friends, share, have fun, have a barbecue, enjoy the pool and nature with the benefits of being in an urban area, where you have the facilities to walk and shop in chain stores or eat in restaurants, get medicines or walk to Melgar's main park and go sightseeing. We are pet friendly, so you can bring your pets here and spend time with them, however you must collect the pet waste in the green areas, they cannot enter the pool and you must add them to the reservation, since they have a small extra value. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the house's pool at any time, since it is private and open 24 hours, although the waterfall and jacuzzi only work in the morning from 9am to 11am, afternoon from 2pm to 4pm and evening from 6pm to 11pm, on this last day the pool lights also work. In the mornings the pool attendant will be passing through the estate to clean it, this process will take approximately 30 minutes and he will leave again. You will have access to the green areas with fruit trees and the BBQ area, which has a large stainless steel grill barrel with a capacity of 430 liters, which if you want to use you must bring your own charcoal. The sheets and towels provided in the accommodation are in perfect condition, free of stains, so you must be careful with them and return them in the same condition as you received them. You will be charged for the towel or the complete sheet set if there are stains from sunscreen, makeup, drinks, dyes and others. Visits and entering additional people outside the reservation during your stay are strictly forbidden. If additional people are added to the trip, they must be added to the reservation before check-in. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $100 USD fine and cancellation of the reservation.
