Service and assistance animals are handled according to applicable law and the booking platform’s policy. Poop bags are provided. • Gas Grill The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line — no propane tank needed. Just turn the valve near the grill and you're good to go! • Trash Disposal This home doesn’t have curbside pickup, so we ask guests to take trash to the dumpster in the alley during their stay. Thanks for your help keeping the home tidy! • Transparent Pricing We keep cleaning fees low by paying our cleaners hourly and passing the savings on to you. The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. For additional guests, there’s a $15 per night charge to cover extra cleaning and laundry. • Quiet Retreat This is a relaxing, residential home. Parties and events are not allowed. • Baby/Pet Gate A gate is available to block off the stairs. It’s stored in the laundry room and easy to set up if needed. • Gas-Powered Heat & Hot Water The home uses gas for heat and hot water. Occasionally, you might notice a faint smell near the water heater or furnace — that’s normal. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns. • Rental Agreement A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low for smaller groups. 🌡The thermostat has been adjusted ahead of your stay so that you will be comfortable. We only ask that you try to keep doors closed so that the air won't escape. There is an upstairs air conditioner window unit if needed. 📺The Roku TVs are yours to enjoy for your stay. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming platforms. You will be safely logged out at the end of your stay. 🎮HDMI cables have been provided and are attached to the TVs, please do not take them home. 🛌🛁Linens and towels have been provided for your convenience. 🧻We have started you with a few things (some toilet paper, few trash bags, few laundry pods, etc) so you can ease into the home. Longer stays may require you to go out and pick up more supplies. Some Additional Things To Remember…. 🛜Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🤫Remember you have neighbors, so be sure to be respectful of them. 🚫🚬There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home. 👟Please remove your shoes if they are soiled. 🚮Trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster from the laundry room door through the back gate into the alley. 🚫No charcoal grills allowed. A gas grill is provided. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 🧺When doing laundry during your stay or at checkout, please only run ONE SMALL OR MEDIUM LOAD at a time on the REGULAR or NORMAL cycle. DO NOT OVERFILL the washer and DO NOT USE HEAVY DUTY or LONG cycles, as these can damage the machine and delay turnover. 🧴Shared Amenities: Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests. Please leave these amenities in the home for everyone’s use. 👥No unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. 🎭No Parties or events. 🐶 Well-behaved pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee.
