The space Seascape is a beautiful oceanfront Hotel property located just 10-minute walk from downtown Sooke. Beach house is a completely detached building at the very front of the property just feet from the ocean. Communal areas of the property include the private dock, beach access, and the front grassy area and deck overlooking the ocean. Each of the units are their own self contained suites, with private outdoor areas. There is also a shared/communal laundry facility on site to be used between the hours of 9AM-7PM. We provide 2 complimentary kayaks, available on a first-come, first-served basis, so you can enjoy paddling along the scenic waters. Additionally, we offer crab traps for guests who'd like to try their hand at catching fresh Dungeness crab right off the dock, an authentic coastal experience! October to March is when big Dungeness crab are most plentiful and the crabbing in Sooke Harbour is fantastic! Guest access Indulge in stunning sunrise and sunset views over Sooke Harbour, whether from your living room, deck, the terrace or the expansive 200-foot dock—perfect for capturing unforgettable photos! Keep an eye out for playful seals and occasional orca sightings in the basin, and unwind to the soothing sounds of waves along the shore. During the late fall and winter months snuggle up by the fireplace and storm watch with your expansive ocean views. *2 Kayaks available for guest use. *Crab traps available for guests * Out door games available (Bocce ball etc) Note *For parking, one reserved spot (#1) is available for your convenience.
