Looking for a unique in-town stay for a big group? You can now rent the entire newly renovated Historic BRTC! We’re located about a mile from downtown Boone. We even have our own Appalcart stop, so you can park at the BRTC and ride on into town with your whole group! Each room features its own unique mid-century charm. The whole property features vintage charm with updated with luxurious linens, comfy beds, environmentally friendly touches, and locally roasted coffee. 7bedrooms/7baths. The space Included in this one-of-a-kind experience are rooms 101-107. Units 101/102 and 106/107 can be used as connecting rooms that can accommodate families (101 and 107 have bunkbeds, and 102 and 106 have a king and queen respectively). Units 103 and 105 have twin sleeper sofas to welcome a third guest. All have their own coffee makers, microwaves and mini fridges. Rooms 102 and 106 have full kitchenettes with 2 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and mini fridge. Pets are allowed in rooms 101, 102 and 104, but an additional $75 fee has to be charged for deep cleaning per room with a pet. The hardest part will be choosing which candy colored pastel room you stay in!
