You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message. Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification is complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete. Other things to note Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee.
