The Pool is not heated by default but heating is now available at an additional fee of $100 per day of your reservation (heating for only part of your stay isn't possible). Heating the pool takes time so it needs to be ordered at least 3 days prior to arrival The hot tub is available Labor Day to Memorial Day when the pool is closed. It is not available at the same time as the pool. The house has internal stairs and the apartment is accessed via an outdoor stair case. The Airbnb amenities list says sauna but it is a steam room. The steam room is available all year long.
