Guesthouse in St. Augustine

Welcome to our beautiful GUEST house. The space is part of a WHOLE house, comprised of 2 units, the GUEST HOUSE(this unit) & the MAIN HOUSE. Both are on the same level, with separate entrances. The MAIN house MIGHT BE OCCUPIED during your stay. The common areas, grill, games, balcony, parking are shared & available first come, first-serve basis. This unit has a 1bed/1bath unit with queen sofa bed in the living room. It sleeps 4. 2-min walk 2 the Beach, 5-min to Publix, 10-min drive 2 downtown The space The GUEST house or apartment is a stand-alone unit. It is part of the WHOLE home but has a separate entrance. We rent both the GUEST house and the MAIN house at the same time, so there is a possibility that there will be guests on the MAIN HOUSE while you are staying at the GUEST house. The WHOLE house is also available for rent. The GUEST house has a fully-equipped kitchen. It features a queen-sized bed with a full in-suite bathroom. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, so 4 people can sleep in the unit. There is a small dining table, a 42-inch TV in the living room. There is plenty of space outside on the porch and in the balcony, in the back of the unit, as well as a sitting and eating area in the detached, outside deck. There is a grill downstairs. There is also a ping pong and a foosball table downstairs. We have a huge driveway that can fit an RV, work trailer or a boat trailer. Again, the common areas are SHARED by all guests and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest access You will be renting the GUEST house only, it sleeps 4 people. The MAIN house by itself and the WHOLE house are also available for rent. All common areas, parking, grill, games are shared by all guests and available on a first-come, first serve basis. Other things to note This GUEST house is perfect for a couple/small family. It can sleep 4 people comfortably. It has one queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room area. The GUEST house has its own entrance, its own kitchen and dining area and the bathroom is located inside the master bedroom. We allow only dogs. ONE DOG ONLY PLEASE, 20 LBS with pet fee of $100. Service dogs ONLY (not ESA) are exempt from pet fee. Documetation may be requested. Pet not allowed on furniturenor beds. Extra cleaning fee may be requested if excesive pet hair is found after checkout. $200 minimum fee for pet related accidents. It is suggested you bring a pet bed or blanket to protect our furniture. TWO parking spaces only assigned to this unit per county rules. Please check with us ahead of your arrival if you are bringing more vehicles. Water provided via Brita pitcher
