The dining room is a spacious room where you can enjoy after-dinner chats at lunches and dinners. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped (wine bar, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher...) It also has a laundry area and a complimentary toilet on the ground floor that serves the common areas. On the other hand, the top floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In this room there is a double bed with a full bathroom, and a living room (with a double sofa bed and a work area) that gives access to a sunny terrace where you can sunbathe; and a second bedroom with two single beds, which is served by a full bathroom located right in front. A few meters away you can find supermarkets, cafes, shops, restaurants, pharmacy… and the port and beach are only 2.5km away.
