Apartment #2 Private Mazatenango

Bring the whole family to this fantastic place. We are in a privileged location within a private residential complex where you can enjoy a walk seeing the volcanoes and a perfect sunset. We have common areas with a swimming pool for adults and children. We are on the road that leads from Mazatenango to San Francisco Zapotitlán, 3 minutes from the ring road, 30 minutes from the IRTRA parks and 15 minutes from the Mazatenango Sports Complex. The space On the first level you can find parking for one vehicle and you can leave another in front of the property without any inconvenience. Upon entering you will find the stairs that lead to the bedrooms, (we clarify that the stairs do not have handrails or railings) a 3-seater sofa and another 2-seater sofa that are extremely comfortable, dining table, guest bathroom, very well equipped mini kitchen and a small backyard with sink, washing machine and dryer. The steps leading to the second level do not have handrails, so we ask you to take this into account and be more careful with children and older adults. Going up the stairs you will find the first bedroom and in the front part, crossing a small hallway, is the entrance to the second bedroom, Bedroom one has a Queen-sized bed and a 40" Smart TV connected to the Internet. Bedroom two has a king-size bed and a 55" Smart TV connected to the Internet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a small cabinet with drawers and a clothes hanger. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Both showers have water heaters, although with our warm climate you will surely prefer water at room temperature. You'll also find an iron and ironing board for your clothes. Guest access The residential complex has a perimeter wall, a security booth, playgrounds to enjoy with the little ones, and a social area with swimming pools for adults and children. You can enjoy the pool from 10 am to 5 pm from Tuesday to Sunday, as Mondays are for maintenance. To enter the residential complex, you must identify yourself at the checkpoint. On the property, you will find a lockbox with a password that will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note I must emphasize that the steps do not have a railing, so you have to be more careful if you are accompanied by small children or older adults. The residential development is surrounded by rubberwood plantations and chicken farms, so insects and smells are part of the place. Most of the year this goes unnoticed, intensifying a little in the rainy season. We have installed a security camera on the outside, in front of the property to control entry.
