And the bedroom has the floor built up, with two steps, so that the bed and area around it is elevated, and from the bed itself you can see the ocean all the time. And we figured that this is what a captain would want, being able to survey his domain - the open ocean all the way out to the horizon - at all times. So we called the property El Capitán. Guest access Guests have full access to: • The entire apartment and its private balcony with ocean views. • A 25-meter freshwater pool and a children’s splash area. • The building’s basketball court. • Direct access to Isla Verde Beach. • Underground secure parking for one car. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Additional Note: Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address. Acceptance of Rental Agreement. Names and ages of all guests. • Smoking is not allowed on the property. • Pets are not permitted. • No parties or excessive noise allowed— this is a residential area.
