Located on the Atlantic coast, the town of François is well known for its white seabed and the famous Josephine's bathtub. Thanks to its central location, you will have the option to visit Le François, tour in the entire island of Martinique. Villa "La Ressource" is located at the Pointe Thalemont and offers a very quiet setting. With a surface area of approximately 330-sq.m., the villa can accommodate a maximum of 17 people and offers 4 shower rooms. The villa offers, on the ground floor, a suite with a king size bed, a private shower room with walk-in shower, and a private terrace offering a Jacuzzi. There is also a very large adjustable bedroom with 4 single beds and a sofa bed with en suite shower room, a large open plan living room on the terrace, a very well equipped modern kitchen (double door fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave). Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed located in an open plan office (not air-conditioned), and a shower room. The villa offers also an outbuilding with a queen size bed, a sofa bed, a shower room + a kitchenette. This small self-contained apartment is accessible from the terrace. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer a flat screen television (except the very large adjustable bedroom). The villa has a baby cot and a high chair. The villa is equipped with a Sonos Hi-Fi system allowing listening the music everywhere in the house with an extremely good sound. The wireless internet allows connecting you easily. The salt-water pool is surrounded by a deck fitted with several sun loungers and sofas to relax. For the sportiest, the practice of aqua biking is also possible thanks to several bikes.
