The space Welcome to your ultimate Jacó retreat at Viva Jacó Residences! This bright, airy 1,103 sq ft condo is designed with comfort and style in mind, offering plenty of space for friends or family to relax and unwind. With room for up to 8 guests, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, a cozy living area, and all the conveniences you need for a memorable stay by the beach. Where you'll sleep peacefully: • Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom (toilet & shower) and hairdryer • Second Bedroom: Queen bed • Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with 2 full beds • Living Room: Sofa bed for extra guests Living & Kitchen Areas: The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a Smart TV with high-speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove featuring dual-zone burners, and a laundry area is conveniently located in the kitchen (washing & drying takes approx. 6 hours). Building Amenities: Guests have access to a wide range of shared facilities, including: • Outdoor pool • Shared BBQ grill with seating area • Basketball court, playground, and pet park • Clubhouse with seating and play areas (7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.) • Gym and yoga deck (5:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.) • Game room and business center • • Two 32-amp electric vehicle chargers available 24/7; Just inform the security officer at the gate for activation. Each apartment is allotted one parking space in the unnumbered spots on the left side of the building. Additional street parking is available in front of the liquor store and coffee shop, on a first-come, first-served basis. Temperature & Comfort: Adjust split-type ductless AC units to your preferred temperature using the remotes beneath each unit. Location Highlights: The condo is walking distance to shops, restaurants, banks, bars, and the beach. You’re just minutes from Hermosa and Esterillos beaches, world-class surf, and local entertainment, including Crocs Hotel & Casino (0.6 miles). Guest access For security reasons, it is required that all guests are registered prior to arrival. Please note that non-registered guests will not have access to the premises. Please note HOA will only allow up to 7 guests to use the onsite amenities at a time. Additional guests will need to take turns as they will be denied entry. Parking: You may park one vehicle in any unnumbered space on the left side of the building. Each apartment is allotted one vehicle. Additional street parking is available in front of the liquor store and coffee shop. Both parking areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis. You can park one vehicle in any of the unnumbered spaces on the left side of the building. Please note that each apartment is limited to one vehicle. Other things to note For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Only dishwashing liquid, sponge, and one roll of paper towels per stay are provided. • Please note that washing and drying will take 6 hours. • Please be advised that basic cooking essentials are not provided. • Our condominium is equipped with a fire detection system for your safety. This system is sensitive to smoke from cooking, cigarettes, candles, and fumigation, which can trigger the alarms. To prevent false alarms, please exercise caution while cooking and be mindful of activities that may produce smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all. • The images on the listing are representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date. Additional Services: • Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance. • Please note that the resort common area amenities are limited to 7 guests per unit.
