This apartment is designed to show off the very best that Adelaide has to offer, whilst being your personal oasis amongst the bustle. Located on Waymouth Street It’s the perfect base for your stay within walking distance to Rundle Mall, Adelaide Oval, the Adelaide Central Market and public transport. The space Apartment Azul is hosted by mother-daughter duo Millie and Georgia. Millie is a vivacious and young-at-heart hospitality professional with over 40 years experience in the Adelaide scene. Her daughter, Georgia, is a tourism marketing professional who wants to put her great hometown on the map. Together they work to ensure a fabulous experience for guests and both may be in touch to assist with any queries about your stay. This full-sized apartment can accommodate up to four guests, with a comfortable Queen sized bed and foldable sofa bed available. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your dining needs, bathroom with amenities and laundry for your comfort. Please note an additional fee is applicable for more than two guests. Key features: LOUNGE ROOM: - 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Free to Air TV - Comfortable two seater lounge which can be converted to a comfortable sofa bed KITCHEN: - Fully equipped kitchen with induction stovetop and oven - Dishwasher - Crockery and cutlery - Rubbish, recycling and compost bins BEDROOM: - Comfortable Queen sized bed - Built-in wardrobe with mirror for storage - 32 inch TV with Netflix and Free to Air TV BATHROOM: - Large shower with amenities for guest use including shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Sink and bench top including large mirror and smaller mirror for makeup - Laundry with new washing machine, additional sink and drying rack OTHER: - Generous balcony with lovely south-facing views of the CBD and beyond - Free Wi-Fi for guests use Guest access Guests will have access to the lobby of the building through the entrance and also the level the apartment is situated on via lift access using an electronic FOB key. Please note there is no gym or swimming pool on-site but should you wish to workout or swim, there are facilities nearby we can direct you to. Other things to note We work hard to ensure every guest has an enjoyable stay at Apartment Azul. We kindly ask that you treat the apartment and shared spaces in a respectful manner. Any incidences such as damages to any space should be reported to the host as soon as possible. This apartment can only accommodate four (4) guests. Please note an additional fee applies for each additional guest after two people. Please ensure the number of guests is accurate when booking. For lost and found property please contact the host. If we don't hear from you after two weeks of your stay, we may not be able to return it. Owners of the lost property are responsible for any postage fees that may incur if we need to send it back to you. After making a reservation we may require you to provide identification to confirm the booking. This is important to ensure the safety of all guests. We cannot rent this space to individuals under the age of 18 without a parent, guardian or responsible adult present for the booking. Smoking of cigarettes, vapes and other similar items, along with drug use is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and building. Should guests be found using illicit items during their stay, the relevant authorities will be contacted. Parties are strictly not permitted at this property. If a guest is found to have hosted a party and/or more of the maximum guests allowed, they will be reported for violation of house rules and further action may be taken. This is to keep our guests, the host and other residents in the building safe. Please keep noise at a minimum between the hours of 10pm - 8am and we ask that no excessively loud music is played at any time to not disturb other residents. This property is available for both short and long-term stays. Please contact us should you wish to book for a long-term period.
