Magical Forest Escape! 4br cabin w/pool - Monthly

Monthly rental Only! Welcome to our forest escape only 50 min from Chicago! Whether you are looking for corporate stay, need a relocation or just want to live in the forest you will absolutely love our place. This beautiful A-Frame home is nestled between trees and a pond, with the forest preserve behind it. You literally wake up to birds chirping and the local turkey crew doing their morning walks. Only 5-15 min from stores and restaurants. 5 minutes from Metra station. The space We have designed the space to be family friendly and multi-functional. Whether you want to dip in the pool, play cornhole with friends, disappear into a book in the reading nook (we have motivational books), or soak in the coleman saluspa hot-tub, there is something for everyone! We care a lot about safety so the pool is fenced in with a door as well as a child gate blocking access to stairs downstairs. For families, we also have a foldable crib, high chair and kid friendly plates/cups/bowls. *** In terms of supplies (e.g. coffee k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) we provide enough for 2-3 days and after that the guests are responsible for buying their own. We also provide enough towels for each guest. ***you must bring your own firewood *** Given the beauty of our space, we ask that you not wear shoes in the space and leave them outside ***pets are allowed but cannot be left unattended ***Absolutely no parties or extra guests unless approved by host ***Pool is open May-September and we reserve the right to deny use of the pool or hot tub at any time for any reason. ***Hot tub is open all year long Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property! We do have neighbors, although far away, we ask to keep noise levels down when outside, especially during quiet hours (9pm-6am). Guests can even walk down to the pond, but they cannot go into the pond.
