Guest access the entire condominium structure Other things to note WATER, ELECTRICITY, AND GAS EXPENSES a. The rental amount previously provided includes all such expenses, as well as others not expressly detailed on this website, except for the electricity bill and the water bill. b. The electricity bill will be charged as follows: Each 1KVH of consumption will be charged R$1.65 (one real and sixty-five cents). c. Water consumption will be calculated as follows: for every 1000 liters (one thousand liters) of water consumed, R$ 20.00 (twenty reais) will be charged. This calculation will be prorated under each fraction consumed. NOTE: The guest will have a photo sent by WhatsApp of the water and electricity meters upon arrival and departure to validate the consumption calculation.
