Two bedroom Cottage in Dunblane

The Cottage is located in beautiful Dunblane and with unparalleled access to the National Parks (Trossachs and Cairngorms) and Lochs of Scotland. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Scotland has to offer: from the breathtaking wilderness to the enchanting city of Edinburgh or lively and exciting Glasgow. The space The Cottage has two lovely, light and comfortable bedrooms with king size beds upstairs bathroom with shower, a cozy sitting room, separate kitchen and downstairs WC. The first bedroom has a very comfortable medium firmness king size bed, a small sitting area and desk. The second bedroom also has a king size bed overlooking the Trossachs and has a smart TV. In the living room we have provided a few board games, smart TV, portable Bluetooth speaker and is a relaxing space to unwind. The kitchen has a an induction cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a microwave with oven setting, and a full size fridge freezer with ice dispenser. Please note there is no separate oven. The dining table, which can be folded away to provide more space, can accommodate up to 4 people. Strictly no smoking inside the property. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay on the ground floor (but sadly not in the bedrooms). We are happy to provide a dog bed and bowls for your precious pup. The garden is fully secure and fenced off, so there is no risk of escape! For the golfers among you - with the famous Gleneagles golf course only 20 mins away and the local Dunblane course 2 mins down the road - we have a golf practice net available to you to warm up before your tee time! We have a secure parking at the property, behind solid gates and out of sight from the road. There is also CCTV cameras and flood lights all around the property. If there is anything else you need, just let us know and we will do our best to find a solution :) Guest access Upon arrival you can ring at the gates for us to let you in. The key will be available from a key safe and once you’re all ‘checked in’, we will provide you with a remote for the gate to come and when you want.
