With private access through a secure front door and electric gate, the property includes covered parking for up to two cars. Guest access Except for the cellar, everything in the house will be able to be used! Perín is our favorite spot for ice cream, just 2 minutes from the house. We love cooking at home, so we usually stock up at Super A, just 4 minutes away. Need your caffeine fix?
