Enjoy your cozy oasis with easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer! Our renovated bungalow is minutes away from Midtown/Downtown business areas, Mercedes Benz Stadium. State Farm Arena and sightseeing. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants in Grant Park and East Atlanta. Convenient highway access means you are close to it all, while having your own haven to relax. Our fully appointed kitchen and living spaces mean that you'll have everything you need to relax and recharge! The space The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make amazing meals. Just bring your food! We also offer a Keurig (pods included) and a standard coffee maker (bring your own coffee). The outdoor gas grill is also available. There are several grocery stores walking distance or within a 5 minute drive. Bedroom 1 is bright and airy and contains a queen bed, bedside tables with charging stations, and a large armoire for storage. Bedroom 2 is cozy and relaxing. It contains a queen bed, dresser, full length mirror, and bedside tables with charging stations. Bedroom 3 is a bunkbed room off of Bedroom 2, but contains French doors and shades between the rooms for privacy. It has its own AC unit and portable heater. Ideal for kids but adults will sleep comfortably as well! There are two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is the master bath and contains a tub and shower. Bathroom 2 contains a shower only (no bathtub). There is also a full sized washer and dryer. Starter laundry supplies are included. From the front porch, you can look out at the bustling neighborhood. Or there is a large space in the back ideal for relaxing in a quieter setting or letting the kids play. You will truly feel like you are in your home away from home, but very convenient to so much!
