Guests do not have access to the detached garage, or the bonus room above the attached garage (both are locked). There are three locked owner closets in the home (closet in primary bedroom, closet in the living room, hallway closet in loft). • Tamarack Trail/Ski Access • Knotty Pines is NOT a true ski in/out property, but for those who don't mind a little trekking it's definitely possible to get to the Tamarack Express chairlift from the home, making it a great option for those who want to avoid the parking lot hustle. Tamarack Resort's Buttercup Trail is about 1/4 mile from the property, and can be accessed from the neighboring streets. Tamarack Express chairlift can then be reached from a groomed trail--it's about another 1/2 mile mostly downhill hike/push (3/4 mile total from Tamarack Shack). Contact info is in your Digital Guidebook. • • SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Our summer is short, so construction season is fast and busy (June–September). We always try to note known projects, but we don’t always get a heads‑up about neighbors. We can’t control or refund for outside noise, but we’re always here to help brainstorm solutions if something comes up. • • CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask that you review your cancellation policy carefully before booking. To keep things fair and consistent for all guests, we follow the cancellation terms agreed to at the time of booking and are not able to make exceptions (including for but not limited to event cancellations, illness, surgery, weather (including regional forest fire smoke and low snowfall), changes in travel plans, etc.). For added peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip against unexpected situations. Any refunds issued will be minus credit card processing fees.
