Independent entrance that guarantees you more privacy in the room with minibar, ceiling fan, individual bathroom. Sheets and towels included. Walking distance to Allianz Park and Bourbon Mall. Ease of transportation: bus stops very close by take you in a few minutes to the Vila Madalena or Barra Funda subway. Also close to Água Branca train station. Note: the exterior area has been painted and renovated! You who have come, come see, it looks beautiful in the ceramic tones! The space My house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac. The small house is separate from the main house, with a separate entrance. It's in the backyard of the house. The room has a minibar and I leave a set of dishes and cutlery for you to manage with some snacks or delivery meals. There is also an electric kettle kettle. Next to the room is my ceramic studio, where I work. If you'd like to learn more: @ceramica_semente I love plants and small details that bring inspiration and a sense of welcoming. Other things to note I don't host for a month (max. 2 weeks). It accommodates only 1 person, NO VISITORS. It is not available for photo shoots. Wi-Fi: I have a 100 mega and fiber optic plan, but I don't guarantee stable internet 100% of the time. Some aspects are beyond my control, but overall the connection is good and sufficient for normal things, such as video meetings, watching movies, etc.
