Bedroom 1: Located in the front part of the house it outlooks a beautiful private interior patio. King size bed, fan and air conditioning. Private bathroom equipped with all amenities. Bedroom 2: Located in the front part of the house it outlooks the central patio. It has 2 single beds, fan and air conditioning. Bathroom equipped with all amenities. Bedroom 3: Located in the back of the house it outlooks the pergola and pool. King size bed, fan and air conditioning. Private bathroom equipped with all amenities. Bedroom 4: Located in the back of the house it outlooks the back garden. It has 2 single beds, fan and air conditioning. Private bathroom equipped with all amenities. Kitchen comes fully equipped with good quality amenities, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, flatware and tableware. Gas and charcoal grill is available. The swimming pool is comfortable for swimming for the majority of the year. However, like most houses in Merida, the pool is not heated and water temperature varies with the weather. Guest access House is located in a quite street just a few blocks away from Santiago park. Easy access to supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and restaurants.
