Welcome to our cozy, quiet and spacious home with an Ibiza vibe, close to Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen... Check-in as early as 2 pm and check-out no earlier than 11 am. All rooms are on the ground floor; there are 2 charming bedrooms with 2 real king-size beds. Living room with smart TV, separate kitchen with dishwasher and all amenities, solar panels and laundry room available. Equipped with 3 outdoor areas with a view of the greenery, 10 min walk from TML. Ideal for long stays. Free parking 20 m away. The space The apartment is stylishly decorated with a nice Bohemian style that creates an Ibiza vibe. The spacious apartment overlooking the old clay pits consists of a dining area with dining table and chairs, adjoining the living room with chaise lounge, from there you go to a separately furnished kitchen with breakfast table. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery. For tea, there is a kettle and for coffee, a Nespresso machine with 1 capsule per guest is provided. There is also an air fryer provided in the kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a wide sink, mirror cabinet and rain shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided. Both bedrooms with double king-size beds offer a pleasant night's sleep. There are 3 outdoor spaces, a sunny roof terrace adjacent to the living area, a patio on the ground floor and a large wooden deck. After each visit by the guests, the entire apartment is professionally cleaned, if pets were present, a special deep cleaning of the apartment and all furniture by a specialized company follows, so always super clean. Guest access The residence is accessible without stairs, ideal for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties. The entire apartment is accessible, namely: - Living room - Kitchen - 2 bedrooms - bathroom - 2 terraces - Patio - Laundry room The entire apartment is used only by the guests, so it is completely private. Other things to note To give you a pleasant start, there is on arrival: A large bottle of chilled white wine, a large bottle of sparkling and still water. Coffee - tea - milk - sugar - snacks and chocolate // hand gel - toilet paper // shower gel //.... available! So you can relax from the trip. The apartment with 3 terraces is located overlooking the greenery and within walking distance of the river Rupel, a tributary of the river Schelde, which flows to Antwerp and Brussels, and is ideal for nice walks and long bike rides. We prefer quiet guests in the building. For long stays, you can use the washing machine and dryer, but this must be communicated in advance. There is a professional steamer available for ironing clothes.
