There is 1 full size blow up mattress available. Sleeps 5 comfortably Pets are welcome w/ pet fee thats non refundable. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture The space Listed as a 3/2 but the 3rd bedroom has no bed but it does have a love sofa and a blow up mattress. Extra plows, sheets and comforter available
