This applies to unit balconies and patios, as well as the pool deck, grill area. No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $750.00. Alterations to bookings after check in are not allowed. No exceptions. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. No exceptions at this time. Our dog friendly “monthly snowbird guests” only allow up to 1 dog during Jan 1- Mar 1. All reservations of 30 nights or longer are subject to a mandatory Long-Term Stay Deep Cleaning Fee of $500. This fee is collected in advance, is non-refundable, and is separate from the standard departure cleaning fee. Extended occupancy places additional wear on the property and requires enhanced cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and preparation procedures following checkout. By confirming a reservation of 30 nights or longer, guest acknowledges and agrees to this fee. We take no responsibility for guests dog. Named guest and dog owner are responsible for any and all damages caused by dog. Excessive dog hair, waste stains, debris/waste left on property and violation of any of the standards listed here are subject to damage deposit charges. To avoid excess charges please report dog accidents to us immediately. Dogs are not permitted on the beach per Walton County regulations. Exception: dogs owned by Walton county real property owners or permanent year-round residents who have obtained a permit from The Walton County Tax Collector and within the designated hours. Dogs are not permitted in any pool areas. Dogs must be on a leash when outside. Dog owners are responsible for prompt removal of their dogs’ debris/waste and are subject to county fines if not removed. Dog owner affirms that dog is in good health and does not represent a health hazard to anyone. Dog must be current on all vaccinations and currently treated for flea and tick prevention and will be current in their vaccinations and treatment at time of check-in. Vaccination paperwork or tags may be requested at check-in. Your dog must be housebroken. Keep dog off the furniture and bedding at all times. No exceptions. No personal dog beds or other such items will be put in washer or dryer. Guest must be present at property if maintenance or housekeeping needs access. While dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Walton County, there is a dog friendly section of beach to the east in Panama City Beach. This section of beach is located on the west side of the Russell-Fields City Pier in front of Pier Park. The park is located on Front Beach Road at beach entrance 57.
