Renting out my downstairs unit! You will have your own: bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom downstairs. The laundry room is on the same floor - which is shared. Parking is designated. You have access to the deck from your living room. In the kitchenette you will have a compact fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker and sink. In the living room you have a couch, 2 end tables, coffee table. Smart TV in bedroom. Clothes steamer. *Currently not accepting 0 review guests.* The space Quiet neighborhood in Spring Valley Manor. You will have your own space in our home. Private bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. The entire downstairs unit is private to you. *** The only shared space is the Laundry room. *** The upstairs is off limits, thank you. Guest access The entire downstairs unit is for you. Once you park, on the right is your private entryway. We will provide a code for the lockbox which has a key to the gate. Follow the steps and the glass sliding door is your entrance to the suite. During your stay Guests can always contact me over text or in person for any questions or needs. Other things to note *** We own 2 dogs, Shadow & Eevee. They will not go downstairs so you don't have to worry. If you love dogs, you're free to meet them."
