Mario's house app 2 is a recently renovated accommodation located on the second floor of a characteristic house with the unmistakable praianese style. The apartment consists of a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two panoramic balconies. Wifi available everywhere. Beds 5 The space The apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove, a fridge, a toaster and a table with six chairs. Adjacent is the living room with sofa bed, TV, ceiling fan and a balcony with a table and two chairs from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the coast. The double room, equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom included, has a balcony with a spectacular view, while the room with the French bed, equipped with a refrigerator and an attached bathroom, has the characteristic vaulted ceiling of the typical Praianese houses. Guest access Check in is available from 3pm to 9pm The property does not have a reception. A member of our staff will come to welcome you. It will therefore be necessary to provide an approximate arrival time well in advance. Check out is possible no later than 11am Guests must provide a valid identification document for the mandatory registration at the authorities website. The tourist tax of €2 per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival. Other things to note The city tax is 2 euros per person per day and is paid upon check-in.
